Terms of Service

Engagements

All work is scoped in a written proposal or statement of work. Deliverables, timelines, and payment terms are defined in that document and take precedence over these general terms.

Payment

Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are due within 14 days of receipt. Late payments may incur a reasonable service fee.

Ownership

On full payment, you own the deliverables produced specifically for you. We retain rights to reusable tooling, generic components, and know-how developed in the course of any engagement.

Confidentiality

We treat everything you share as confidential and are happy to sign an NDA at the start of any engagement.

Liability

Our aggregate liability for any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement in the twelve months preceding a claim.
